Lyrics Honor those Men

Daughters and mothers weep and cry
As dutiful fathers bleed and die
Their sons and their brothers with fathers fall too,
Loving their families and all they hold true

They scrape the last breath out of their lungs
They bleed their last drop in pools that run
With flesh they forge real the truths their hearts hold
In hopes their young children in joy will grow old

We must honor those men who gave up their lives
Loved by their children, their friends and their wives
They live in our memories each day we are free
They gave us this freedom; their death their decree
